The MOST Cooperation is based on a partnership of carmakers, setmakers, system architects and key component suppliers. Together they define and adopt a common multimedia network protocol and application object model.
The MOST Cooperation was founded in 1998 to standardize MOST Technology as a global standard for multimedia networking. Audi, BMW, Daimler, HARMAN and Microchip Technology as core partners form its Steering Committee.
The MOST Cooperation invites and welcomes other companies to become Associated Partners and contribute to the refinement of the MOST Technology. This global effort guarantees that the MOST Technology will continue to evolve to meet the future demands of automotive multimedia connectivity.
